2024 Pocono Palace 04 is a part of a series of four medium format film photographs. The series is called the “Portal Series.” All four photos were taken with the use of mirrors at Cove Haven’s Pocono Palace Resort before it closed May 2nd, 2024.

Pocono Palace 04 captures one hotel room’s ceiling mirror, which is framed by LED lights and reflected several times over in wall mirrors.

Pocono Palace 04 and the Portal Series are part of a larger in-process archival project, tentatively titled Honeymoon.
